As winter is approaching  us and as chillier weather descends. Well at least for us peeps in the bustling city of Johannesburg.  It's time to take stock of your closet and make sure you've got all of the essentials to carry you through the winter.  

My look post is kind of short and brief as I am currently edited a vlog that will be posted soon Insha Allah. On winter Trends 2014   

I must start off by saying that the best thing about winter is that we able to bring out our lovely warm coats. A piece that always remains popular as serves it purpose of keeping us warm and cosy and still looks fiercely fashionable and fabulous . A black winter coat is always a safe bet. However as much as we think black and grey's for winter. Pastel colour's  are here to stay.    

In the winter, most of your wardrobe will be covered by your coat, so why not make it a statement 

Just because the temperature has plummeted doesn't mean you have to let your fashion game drop too. There are too many wearable and warm winter fashion trends, from knee-high boots to statement coats and so much more.

My long awaited look post. Needed to post this look post ages ago. But alghamdulillah its finally arrived.  

On my vacation last December at mama & papa Bespoke in beautiful Cape Town. As always a religious outing to shop until we drop. Like mother like daughter. I asked myself what could be a more appropriate treatment for my wardrobe. Detoxing it from the noisy clashing graphic prints and the saturated colour pops that will accentuate our autumn wardrobe..... and guess what came to mind..... White ohhhhh beautiful white....... Since I have a few white staples in my closet, I then just decided to add and create something different. So I basically just added the Harem pant that gave me the look that I visualized.    

White has been the red hot for summer 2013. Summers biggest color trend. Not only does the hue complement all skin tones, it also works well with every single shade of the colour wheel. Sensing purity and calmness. To build a standout ensemble, add white-chic to your wardrobe through combining white on white with a pop of colour or just add a bit of neural...... just the way I did. 

Though summer has always about bright colors, this summer white reigned the runways. Don’t ditch your bights and pastels, they’re still pretty much in and so to speak for autumn and winter.  

So there you have it short and sweet !!
