Berry Chic

Asalaamualaikum my  sugar-berries...... xoxoxo

So the time of spring is literally around the corner. With having said that. As much as I find myself to be more of a summer kind of  girl. Winter will surely be missed. So here is a quick look post requested by a few ladies... Asking me to specifically do more posts in a skirt attire . Wearing my shade of a berry maxi skirt from Mrs P Online and adding black and white to the look. Giving it that monochromatic feel with a touch of colour.

As I wanted this look to achieve a feel of chic-ness as well as glam. I decided to add a denim Jacket to the look. Creating that of a smart casual style. Which could simply be worn on a lunch date with friends or on a dinner date with hubby. The Black and white nuances are all summer purchases. Bought from YDE and shoes Aldo.  As a blessed South African... in that we don't experience the extremely cold weather. Apart to that odd cold fronts.  I find that we can basically transform a summer item and make it work in winter. I do it quite often and it works just perfectly for me. You can achieve it by adding a coat or jacket. Which I did.

I must say that the sweet tart bite of berry colors was a central theme for fall 2014, all in different shades of berry. From strawberry to cranberry and the list extends ..... This run of fresh bright colors was often shown in head to toe totality. Completely in love  with these  color.

I am also wearing my best-loved Lip colour Viva by by Mac, along with the lip pencil to achieve my berry lippies. Please do share your very special shade of berry for winter, be it your lipstick or a frock.

Until next time me ladies.
Share you berry thoughts
Keep it real!
Stay blessed
Much light and love
xoxo
